Arbiter S. Sowemimo, an Arbiter, Mediator and Notary Public is a graduate of Queen Mary & Westfield College University of London with over 32 years experience in Alternative Disputes Resolution Practice (ADR).
He conceptualised the idea of an economic and cost effective approach to Disputes Resolution ( distinct from Alternative Disputes Resolution) in developing countries.
In addition, he initiated the development and implementation of the practice thus becoming the pioneer of what is now referred to as Dispute Resolution Practice in Nigeria, sub-saharan Africa and Globally.
